About Simply Bayou

My name is Brandi Nunnery and I am the owner of Simply Bayou. This site was created to showcase items I have created using my Cricut machine.

When I began using a vinyl machine, I never thought it would take me to this point in my creativity. It has become my hobby. My release from a crazy day. I have two kids and every year I have a shirt made for their birthday. The last couple of years I ran into issues that ranged from shipping problems to design problems to receiving the wrong product. At my daughter's 10th birthday party, I discovered that one of my best friends has a Cricut. After watching some videos I realized how simple it was to create what I want and my way. For Mother's Day, I received my first Cricut machine and one of my best friends taught me how to use it. The rest is history!

I am still learning but I have discovered many items that work great with vinyl and with infusible ink. After showing friends what I have made and hearing their comments that I need to open my own business, I realized it was time to create a site that I can share with you to help find the right design and product.

How did I come up with Simply Bayou? I am from Louisiana where bayous are everywhere. The bayous run into lakes and rivers that are majestic and beautiful. With my Cricut and creativity I simply want to help you create the design that you want. Hence, the name Simply Bayou (by you).
