- Turnaround is typically 5-10 business days after design approval, depending on order size and materials.
- Can I see a proof before it's made?
- Yes! Brandi will share a digital proof for your approval before creating the final product.
- What file formats work for reference images?
- JPG, PNG, PDF, or any common image format works. Even a phone screenshot is fine to get started.
- Do you do bulk / group orders?
- Absolutely. Reach out with your quantity and details for group pricing.
